Sol Leber (1923-1983) was born in Rzezsow Poland in March 1923. He came to the United States, on the George Washington Line in May of 1926.

Sol had a stunning singing voice and sang in Ben Friedman's choir. Sol lived with Celia "Bubby" Leber until her death in 1975. He then moved to Brighton Beach. Sol passed away on June 11, 1983.
